Admission to MBA Course for the Session 2017-18

MBA students who have been selected by OJEE to take admission to 2 years MBA course for the session 2017-18 are here by directed to report at the college on Dt.08.08.2017 or Dt.09.08.17 at 11.00 A.M. with the following documents:

  1. Original Certificates & Mark Sheets along with a set of self attested Photo Copies of all certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards.
  2. Blood Group Certificate.
  3. 4nos. of Passport Size & 1 no. of Stamp Size colour Photographs.
  4. Original CLC & Conduct Certificate.
  5. Xerox copy of Rank Card
  6. Final Seat Allotment Letter from OJEE
  7. Copy of Document Verification in the Nodal Centre
  8. Affidavit in the prescribed format (Annexure - I & II) in non-judicial stamp paper sworn before Notary Public. The affidavit format can be downloaded by clicking here http://www.imit.ac.in.

  11. Fee receipt from SBI Collect

The Orientation for MBA students will be held on dt.16.08.2017 at 11.00 A.M. in the college Auditorium. Parents may accompany their dependants to the orientation ceremony.

Regular MBA classes will be held from dt.16.08.2017 as per time table.

       All the students are advised to deposit their admission fees, college dues and hostel dues through SB Collect only. For this, one has to follow the following steps.


  1. Go to College web site www.imit.ac.in
  2. Click on the link
    1. “College Fee Payment” for Admission Fee/ College dues
    2. “Hostel Fee Payment” for Ladies Hostel dues
  3. Then automatically, you will be redirected to the SB Collect Website to deposit the fees by filling up the details of the student and appropriate amount of fees.
  4. The fee can be deposited through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Challan.
  5. After successful payment, submit online generated slip in the Account Section of the Institute.


Alternatively, one can directly go to SB Collect website (www. https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm) and follow the following steps after accepting the terms and conditions of SB Collect website.


  1. Select state “Odisha
  2. Select type of Institute as “Educational Institutions
  3. Select the Institution name
    1. “IMIT Cuttack” for Admission Fee/ College dues
    2. “IMIT Ladies Hostel” for Ladies Hostel dues
  4. Fill up the details of the student and appropriate amount of fees.
  5. The fee can be deposited through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Challan.
  6. After successful payment, submit online generated slip in the Account Section of the Institute.
